Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders are usually shipped within 48 hours. Once shipped, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp where available.

Pre-order products may follow a different shipping timeline. The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible prepaid orders. Express shipping, if available, may be charged separately and is non-refundable.

Most orders are delivered within 7-8 working business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.

Cash On Delivery Orders

COD orders are usually shipped within 3-4 working days after confirmation. A tracking link will be shared once the order is dispatched.

COD shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and will be shown at checkout.

Returns And Shipping Deductions

For approved returns, a ₹100 logistics charge may be deducted from the refund amount. Original COD, express, or special shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at actuals. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges must be paid by the customer.
