Return, Exchange, Refund And Cancellation Policy

Product photos may be enhanced during production and editing. Actual product colors may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, and fabric finish.
Returns
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the Feraux brand tag, product seal, or original packaging is missing or damaged.
Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area. Pickup may be attempted twice. If pickup fails, you may need to ship the product to our return address.
Quality, size, or quantity issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Made-to-order products, gift cards, final-sale products, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds usually take 3-5 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
COD, express shipping, and logistics charges are non-refundable. A ₹100 logistics charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
If an exchange is shipped and then refused, additional logistics charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support or using your account page where available. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Pre-order cancellations may be accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After that period, cancellation may not be possible.
